Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown. Where available, local formatting may be displayed for convenience. Third-party payment processors handle transactions and may collect additional information to process payments.

1. Taxes, duties, and fees (if any) may be added at checkout or by your payment provider.
2. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for confirmed orders.
3. We may update pricing, availability, and product descriptions; changes apply prospectively.
4. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account restrictions while we investigate.

We aim to handle refund requests transparently and fairly. Due to the time-sensitive nature of floral goods and services, refund eligibility may vary depending on the order status and delivery window.

1. Request window: Contact support as soon as possible and preferably within hours of delivery for quality issues.
2. Non-delivery: If an order is confirmed as not delivered due to our error, we may offer a replacement or refund.
3. Incorrect item: If the delivered item materially differs from the confirmed order, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on circumstances.
4. Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.

If you submit content (such as reviews, feedback, photos, or messages), you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

1. You grant Florafy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content to operate, improve, and promote the platform.
2. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or poses a risk to users.
3. You are responsible for your submissions and any consequences of sharing them.

You must not use the platform in ways that harm Florafy, other users, or third parties.

1. Attempting to access non-public areas, systems, or data without authorization.
2. Introducing malware, performing denial-of-service attacks, or disrupting the platform.
3. Impersonating others, misrepresenting identity, or committing fraud.
4. Collecting personal data without consent or violating privacy rights.
5. Posting illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
2. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florafy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
